Nancy is owner of Nancy Moran & Associates, a training and professional development company she established in 1997 after a successful career in the corporate world.

Nancy creates and deliverers customized workshops to help people identify and capitalize on their strengths to improve performance and personal achievement. Her knowledge, experience and professional expertise are keys to working with variety of individuals and industries.

During the past two years, Nancy has been nominated for five awards, including Women Business Owner of the Year and Emerging Entrepreneur. She has been honored with two awards. In addition she co-authored with her daughter Irks and Quirks, a book currently being reviewed for publication and is in the process of writing a business book about people skills in the workplace.
